The Apprenticeship programme offers real opportunity to enter a new industry and learn the skills whilst working and with off the job training, at the same time receiving a salary with holiday entitlement and other benefits.
Perfect for people who want to earn while they learn. Most apprenticeships are a year long programme; apprentices are also then in a position when they complete their programme to be employed, progress into management or higher positions within their company or go onto a higher level apprenticeships or higher education.
Companies are keen to support the Apprenticeship programme because they feel confident the training delivered is relevant and meets their needs. In addition with the Levy now introduced we are working with employers in developing bespoke programmes to meet the apprentice’s and employer’s needs.
There are two levels of Beauty Therapy Apprenticeships; Intermediate Beauty Apprenticeship and Advanced Beauty Apprenticeship.
- You can choose to specialise in a your preferred route and on completion of your Intermediate Apprenticeships, you will achieve NVQ Level 2.
- If you choose to do Advanced Beauty Therapist Apprenticeships, on completion, you will achieve NVQ Level 3.
